Cultivate is a workspace that promotes and embraces a healthy lifestyle, attractively designed for young professionals to plant roots.

Cultivate is located in the old Showers Furniture Company factory in Bloomington, Indiana. The inspiration of the design embraces the history of the Showers Company motto "from the tree to the trade" and their holistic practices. The space includes places for people and companies to grow together: flexible co-working desks, a resource library, private offices, event space, exercise and yoga studio, quiet rooms, and a cafe.
